PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING ONLINE
- To book online, you will be asked to provide a CREDIT CARD for our CANCELLATION policy. This credit card will NOT be charged for the appointment, it is to "hold" as a reservation. You can pay any method you like, including direct billing for massage therapy. We cannot change the wording on the booking site, it says you will be billed but you will not be unless you cancel less than the required amount of time.
- Cancellation policy - 24 hours for one single appointment, each additional appointment (or a couples) is 48 hours and all packages are 72 hours for cancellation.
- We may text you after your online booking to make any adjustments or modifications, so please ensure your phone number is correct.
- Massage Therapy - if you have recently been in a vehicle accident (MVA) or have injured yourself due to a fall, please do not book online & contact us directly to book in. Many times we need a clearance note from your physician to be able to perform a massage treatment. If you book online without informing us prior to booking, your treatment may be refused and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
- GIFT CARDS MUST BE BOOKED OVER TEXT ONLY - THIS INCLUDES SPA'LOGY & WAYSPA GIFT CARDS. IF YOU BOOK ONLINE, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT DURING CHECK OUT. BY CLICKING ON ONLINE BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT WAYSPA GIFT CARDS TOWARDS MASSAGE THERAPY PAYMENTS.
