Regular massage will help with chronic pain, limited mobility, recovery from injuries (ex. Whiplash, falls, sports injuries), repetitive strain injury such as carpal tunnel syndrome, postural problems, Osteoarthritis pain, Fibromyalgia, muscle tension or spasms.
Please contact your insurance provider to see what type of massage benefits you have. Every plan is different and therefore we cannot be held accountable for knowing your benefit plan. We also suggest asking them if your Registered Massage Therapist requires a certain amount of hours for you to be covered.

*Not every therapist can offer direct billing, please inquire during your booking to ensure you are correctly booked with the therapist your insurance company requires.*
Please submit your doctor referral notes directly to your insurance benefit provider. We do not require you to have one in order to have a massage. We also cannot forward them to your insurance provider.
Please advise us during booking if you have been diagnosed with any type of severe illness. Please have a doctor’s note ready for our therapists to see, however please be advised that our massage therapists may turn away service for any health or safety concerns.
